1.1) SHIPPING

How does shipping work?
Orders will be processed between 24-48 hours after we've received them (excluding weekends). Once shipped, Tracking information will be updated into your account. Otherwise, for Normal Local Mail Postage, do allow up to 7 working days to reach.

What is the difference between Singpost Normal Local Postage and Smartpac Registered Postage?
Normal local postage is the most basic form of delivery we offered to our customers. It is lowest in cost, however, there is NO tracking code provided to our customers. There will also not be any form of time slot for you to choose from. Parcel are placed in the mail box. For Smartpac registered postage, there will be a tracking code provided to customers to keep track of their parcel. Depending on the courier personnel, it will be delivered to your doorstep.

Why hasn’t my tracking code been updated yet?
Don’t worry! Tracking code will be updated into your account within 2 working days

I tracked my Smartpac Registered Postage but the parcel is in undeliverable status. What do i do?
In an event of this, we will assist with the follow up to verify and track the location of the parcel for you. Depending on Singpost, the delivery personnel may require you to head down to the nearest signpost office to make the collection in the event there are no one around to collect the Singpost Smartpac takes at least 2-3 working days to reach upon dispatch.

I opted for Singpost Normal Local Postage but I have not receive my order. What do I do?
All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow 2-5 working days for the parcel to reach you. As tracking is not available for this mode of delivery, mensbazaarsg, will not be held liable for any lost parcels mailed out via this mode of postage. We recomend our parcel to opt for Singpost Registered Postage.

I have submitted an incomplete address on my order form. What do i do?
In situation like you have accidentally key in the wrong address or submitted an incomplete address, kindly do send us an email to custsvc@chance.com.sg. We will, on our best effort to try to retrieve your order in any way possible. However, do note that Chance will not be bearing any form of responsibility should there be a failed/re-delivery. Any additional cost will be incurred by customer(s).

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $60SGD or more! To qualify, customers need to reach $60SGD AFTER all discounts have been applied.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Chance orders from Singapore to Singapore only.

Refund and Exchange varies on case to case basis. We reserve the rights to deny refunds and exchanges.
