I have just placed an order and make the payment but my item(s) is out of stock? What do I do?
In a situation that the product is out of stock during the time of order, we will personally contact you to offer you a refund. We will also let you know the estimated waiting time for the stock replenishment. You can either accept the refund or choose to wait for the stocks to be replenished. Your order will be shifted to the top of the list as a pre order. Sometimes, there is a possibility that there are delays in the shipment, we will make an announcement on our facebook page. Feel free to contact us via facebook or email to know the status of your orders.
I Bought my products few days ago but now there is a discount/promotion going on. Will i be able to get the discount refund?
Our discounts prices are only applicable to orders that are made from the start to the end of the discount/promotion period time frame. We will not entertain requests for request for refunds for order(s) made before or after the discount period. A minimum consideration will be given to orders made 1 day prior to or after the discount period but on a case by case basis. We hope to gain your understanding on this matter.
I bought an item and I do not like it, can i do a refund?
In the event that you bought an item(s) and you do not like it, we will not be able to provide you a refund. Unless, we have sent the wrong size, colors or products to you, there will not be any refund made.
What if I ordered a bundle but some products in the bundle is not available?
Usually we would ask the customers if they would like to wait till the other item is restocked and had it sent to them together. If the customer wants the available products to be shipped first, we would do so. When the other products are restocked we will offer them a free normal postage (mensbazaarsg will not be liable for the lost mails). The customer can also opt to top up additional $3.50SGD for registered shipping. In an event that the customer want to collect it personally, please do note that we will only do personal collection at Seng Kang MRT area. If the customer is not able to meet at these places, another location of collection can be arranged only on the convenience of the team of mensbazaarsg.
I placed an order, how long does it take for you guys to dispatch the order(s)?
Once your order is placed and confirmed. We would take no more than 24hrs to have it pack and ready for dispatch. We will inform you via email should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
What is the difference between Singpost Normal Local Postage and Smartpac Registered Postage?
Normal local postage is the most basic form of delivery we offered to our customers. It is lowest in cost, however, there is no tracking info be provided to our customers. There will also not be any form of time slot for you to choose from. Parcel are placed in the mail box. For Smartpac registered postage, there will be a tracking info be provided to customers to keep track of their parcel. Depending on the courier personnel, it will be delivered to your doorstep. Thus, it is always recommended to opt for Smartpac Registered postage.
I opted for Smartpac Registered Postage but the parcel is in undeliverable status. What do i do?
In an event of this, we will assist with the follow up to verify and track the location of the parcel for you. Once done, We will send you an email to go down to collect your parcel. Singpost Smartpac takes at least 2-3 working days to reach upon dispatch.
I opted for Singpost Normal Local Postage but I have not receive my order. What do I do?
All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow 2-5 working days for the parcel to reach you. As tracking is not available for this mode of delivery, mensbazaarsg, will not be held liable for any lost parcels mailed out via this mode of postage. We recomend our parcel to opt for Singpost Registered Postage.
I have submitted an incomplete address on my order form. What do i do?
In situation like you have accidentally key in the wrong address or submitted an incomplete address, kindly do send us an email to email@example.com. We will, on our best try to retrieve your order in any way possible. However, do note that Men's Bazaar Singapore will not be bearing any form of responsibility should there be a failed/re-delivery. Any additional cost will be incurred by customer(s).
I have placed an item yesterday but now it is running on a promotion. Will I be entitled with the same discount off for the item i placed yesterday?
No. You will not be entitled with the same discount off for the item you purchased yesterday. However, we will instead issue you a discount coupon of the same discount and T&C. Discount Coupon are to be used within 59 days.
Refunds and Exchanges policies
Exchange and refund policies vary on case to case basis. We reserve the rights to deny refunds and exchanges.
Do we use "cookies"?
